Site-specific SWMS for all high-risk activities, reviewed with the team and signed on before tools come out.

Licensed & ticketed

White cards, working at heights, EWP, confined space, first aid and electrical trade licences across the team.

Site compliance

Full induction compliance, correct PPE, sign-on / sign-off and adherence to every head contractor's rules and permits.

Risk & hazard management

Pre-start checks, Take 5s and JSAs built into daily work. When conditions change, we stop and reassess.

Toolbox talks

Regular toolbox meetings, safety alerts and open consultation — engaged in safety, not just compliant with it.

Incident & near-miss reporting

Documented reporting, investigation and corrective actions, including near-misses, to drive improvement.
